Our Team

T.J. Himes, CPA

Managing Partner

T.J. joined the firm in 2000 and became a partner in 2004. He attended Indiana University and received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics in 1995. After working in the insurance industry for five years, he attended Manchester College where he obtained a Masters of Accountancy in 2002. T.J. specializes in tax and accounting work for small businesses and nonprofits. He is also a certified "QuickBooks Pro Advisor" and specializes in assisting clients in setup and implementation of this popular tool for small businesses. TJ is currently serving on the board of directors at The Center for Whitley County Youth in Columbia City and Community of Hope Grace Brethren Church. He is active in little league and a local church and has been a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement in Kosciusko and Whitley counties for a several years.

Dana Krull, CPA

Managing Partner

Dana received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Manchester College in 1966. After working approximately five years for a large international accounting firm and another five years as a partner in a small accounting practice in another community, he started the firm in Pierceton in 1976. He is active in a number of local organizations, currently serving on the board of directors of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation, K-21 Health Foundation, Timbercrest Church of the Brethren Home and North Winona Church of the Brethren. Dana has volunteered on boards of over a dozen charities and civic organizations in past years. He specializes in tax and accounting work with non-profit organizations, farm taxes and fiduciary tax returns.

Wendy Bills, CPA

Staff Accountant

Wendy joined the firm in 2011 after receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Manchester College in 2010. Wendy is involved in local civic organizations and enjoys investing in her community. She is a certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor and specializes in tax and accounting work for small businesses and non-profits.

Tisha Holsten

Office Manager

Tisha joined the firm in 1997after moving to the area from Nebraska where she attended the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. She is currently a board member of North Webster Community Library, Treasurer of Grace Lutheran Church of Syracuse and is active in other organizations associated with Wawasee Schools. She is responsible for general bookkeeping, preparing client payroll, payroll tax returns, and preparation of personal property tax returns. She is proficient in the use of QuickBooks and assists many clients with their QuickBooks questions.

Cindy Klusman

Cindy joined our team in 2017. She oversees source document processing and also helps with reception and administrative duties.

Sherry Krull

Seasonal Support Staff

Sherry has worked each tax season for over 30 years. She is primarily responsible for data entry during tax season, but she also assists with administrative and reception duties.

Mandy Himes

Seasonal Support Staff

Mandy has worked seasonally with the firm since 2014, helping with the administrative and reception duties.
